Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Website Developer (0–1 year experience) to join our team in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS and must be capable of writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
This role is ideal for freshers or junior developers who are eager to learn, grow, and build high-quality web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites and web applications using PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, cross-browser compatible web pages.
- Write clean, modular, reusable, and maintainable code following coding best practices.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services (payment gateways, SMS/email services, analytics tools, etc.).
- Optimize website performance (loading speed, caching, asset optimization).
- Implement basic security practices (input validation, authentication, data protection).
- Debug issues, fix bugs, and improve existing codebases.
- Work closely with designers, QA, and senior developers to deliver projects on time.
- Maintain proper documentation of features and technical processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic to strong understanding of PHP (backend development).
- Working knowledge of JavaScript (DOM manipulation, events, AJAX/fetch).
- Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 (responsive design, Flexbox/Grid).
- Ability to write clean, readable, and well-organized code.
- Basic knowledge of MySQL and writing SQL queries.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Familiarity with Git or any version control system.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of PHP frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Basic understanding of frontend libraries (React/Vue – optional).
- Basic SEO and website performance optimization knowledge.
- Familiarity with hosting environments (cPanel, Linux basics).
