Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day operations and support departmental objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, HR, and Operations.
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and contribute insights to support decision-making.
  • Participate in planning and execution of campaigns, projects, and process improvements.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and present outcomes to management.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data handling and presentations.
  • High level of initiative, ownership, and willingness to learn.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Positive attitude, professionalism, and adaptability.
