Job Title: D&I Culture and Well-being Partner
Location: Gurgaon - In Office
Role Purpose-
The D&I Culture and Well-being COE will be responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling inclusion, culture, and employee well-being programs across the employee lifecycle. The role requires strong analytical capability, hands-on program execution, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive measurable impact on employee experience and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
D&I, Culture and Well-being Program Delivery-
a. Support the design and deployment of D&I, culture, and well-being initiatives across the employee lifecycle (hire to retire)
b. Execute organization-wide HR programs at scale, ensuring consistency, quality, and relevance across locations and employee segments
c. Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure effective adoption of programs at the ground level
d. Track program effectiveness and continuously improve interventions based on feedback and data insights.
Employee Lifecycle & Stakeholder Engagement-
a. Develop a strong understanding of employee touchpoints and moments that matter across the lifecycle
b. Act as a key interface between employees, HRBPs, business leaders, and central COEs
c. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Communications, L&D, Facilities, Legal, etc.) for seamless program execution
d. Engage with senior stakeholders to provide updates, insights, and recommendations
Analytics, Insights & Dashboarding-
a. Track D&I, culture, and well-being metrics using qualitative and quantitative data
b. Build and maintain dashboards to monitor participation, outcomes, and trends
c. Derive actionable insights from employee data (surveys, feedback, program metrics) to inform decision-making
d. Prepare data-backed presentations and reports for leadership reviews
Vendor & Event Management-
a. Manage external vendors, partners, and consultants supporting D&I and well-being initiatives
b. Plan and execute events, campaigns, and awareness programs (both virtual and in-person)
c. Ensure effective vendor governance, cost management, and quality delivery
Governance & Program Management-
a. Support program governance, documentation, and reporting
b. Ensure alignment with internal policies, statutory requirements, and organizational values
c. Manage timelines, budgets, and risks associated with assigned initiatives
Key Skills & Capabilities-
Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and employee experience design
Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights and build dashboards
Program and project management skills
Stakeholder management, including interaction with senior leaders
Experience in vendor management and event execution
Ability to deploy HR programs at scale with attention to detail
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Strong understanding of HR systems, processes, and emerging HR trends
