To strengthen our team in India, we are looking for a PMO Operations Analyst interested in joining a world-class SAP S/4HANA consulting company.
Your Responsibilities
- Support PMO and resource management activities, ensuring smooth planning and reporting processes.
- Coordinate with Practice Directors and Leads to collect, validate, and consolidate resource data.
- Keep the resource planning tool updated and aligned with current demand and availability.
- Prepare and share resource planning and utilization reports for the leadership team.
- Handle ad‑hoc reporting requests and support data verification with back‑office teams.
- Track timesheet updates, follow up on gaps, and ensure timely closure.
- Take ownership of tasks, proactively follow up, and drive them to logical closure.
- 5–7 years of experience in PMO or resource management roles.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow‑up skills.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive in managing operational responsibilities.
