Role Overview

USI Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL) People & Operations is seeking an energetic, analytical, and client-service–oriented Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Onboarding) to join our Workforce Solutions team. This role is pivotal to managing end-to-end onboarding for new hires using SuccessFactors RCM, coordinating documentation, stakeholder communications, and issue resolution while maintaining compliance and accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end onboarding operations for experienced hires.
  • Optimize onboarding processes and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor onboarding team members.
  • Manage relationships with recruiters, candidates, and internal/external partners.
  • Support HR system enhancements, including UAT and process transformation.
  • Analyze onboarding metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate complex concerns.
  • Champion a positive candidate experience and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in onboarding, HR operations, or recruitment management.
  • Demonstrated expertise with ATS, CRM, SuccessFactors RCM, and UAT/system transformation projects.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel (reporting, analytics).
  • Experience managing high-volume, complex onboarding and compliance processes.

  • Strong analytical, data management, and reporting skills; adept at leveraging Excel and HR systems for performance insights.
  • In-depth understanding of onboarding workflows, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Experienced in developing onboarding strategies aligned with team and organizational goals.
  • Skilled in system configuration, enhancement, and working across HR platforms like SuccessFactors and ATS.
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines without compromising quality.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence and present to diverse audiences.
  • Effective relationship-building and stakeholder management at all organizational levels.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring ability; able to coach and develop team members.
