A leading global venture capital and private equity firm is hiring a Director / Senior Director, Relationship Capital to help design and scale one of the firm’s most strategically important executive engagement platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of enterprise relationships, portfolio value creation, and executive content strategy.

You will focus on elevating and scaling the firms Relationship Capital platform

You’ll work closely with senior leadership to create executive-ready content, structured frameworks, and commercially aligned engagement models that strengthen enterprise relationships and drive revenue impact across the portfolio.

The role

  • Designing high-quality agendas, executive briefings, and discussion frameworks for CIO-level audiences
  • Building structured program materials to enhance clarity, consistency, and scalability
  • Developing compelling executive messaging to facilitate introductions between CIOs and portfolio companies
  • Partnering across Enterprise, Value Creation, and Marketing teams
  • Supporting senior stakeholders ahead of high-profile executive interactions

This is a highly visible role requiring structured thinking, polish, and commercial acumen.

Required

  • 7–10 years’ total professional experience
  • 5–6 years in strategy consultancies, ideally MBB
  • Proven ability to produce polished, executive-ready deliverables
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently with speed and attention to detail
  • High-level fluency in enterprise software and technology business models
  • Solid understanding of how enterprise technology organizations are structured, how they prioritize initiatives, and how technology adoption decisions are made.
  • Commercial judgment and understanding of how executive engagement drives portfolio value creation
  • Experience in enterprise software, private equity, venture capital, or go-to-market strategy is highly attractive.
