We’re searching for a Head of Product & Technology who is equal parts visionary strategist, technical architect, and pragmatic executor. In this role, you’ll lead the product and technology roadmap, driving impactful, sustainable solutions that scale and deliver measurable success.
We are after an experienced product and technology leader with a track record in start-ups and/or scale-ups across various growth stages. Who builds high-performing teams while leveraging SaaS tools and vendors to drive efficiency.
You will:
Define and Deliver the Product Roadmap
- Own end-to-end solution design, including architecture, APIs, data models, migrations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop MVPs and scalable solutions optimized for cost-efficiency and growth.
Lead Technical Execution
- Drive technical excellence with hands-on experience in either: C#, PHP, SQL, VB, VBA, VFP, JavaScript.
- Frameworks/Libraries: Angular, React, NodeJS, ExpressJS, NestJS.
- Databases: MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Aurora RDS, MongoDB.
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Firebase.
- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GCP Cloud Build.
- Manage integrations with SaaS tools and outsourced vendors, scaling systems for growth.
Candidates with demonstrated success in building scalable products while leveraging SaaS tools and outsourcing are highly preferred. A hands-on leader with a "pay-to-play, then scale" mentality is desired to optimize for cost efficiency and growth.
