Chief of Staff | Executive Office | Media
London | On-site, 5 days per week
This is a rare opportunity to work closely with the Executive Office of a large, multi-national media organisation, supporting the CEO with the operations of the business. The role is centred on judgement, communication, diplomacy and building trusted relationships. Rather than driving the execution yourself, you will provide clarity, context and connection around the organisation - helping leaders stay aligned and informed and acting as a strategic sounding board.
What the Role Involves
- Ensuring the Executive Office runs smoothly: preparing briefings, capturing key decisions, and ensuring information flows accurately and sensitively across stakeholders
- Acting as a thought partner to senior leadership
- Coordinating strategic priorities
- Preparing materials for leadership and Board interactions
Ideal Profile
- 4-8 years in Strategy Consulting, Management Consulting, VC/PE or M&A
- Strong interpersonal skills - the ability to read a room, build trust and communicate with tact
- Excellent judgement
- Calm, thoughtful and organised approach, with natural ability to create order from complexity
- The maturity and discretion to represent the Executive Office in meetings
- Strong ability to identify issues and problem solve
- Must have a strong interest in media
This role is a stabilising force in a high-intensity environment - someone who bring clarity, connection and thoughtfulness to conversations at the very top of the organisation.
If you are motivated by supporting senior leaders, solving ambiguous problems, and creating clarity in complex and fast-moving environments, this role could be a great next step for you.
