We’re looking for a B2C Product Manager to join our candidate-facing team, owning and evolving the web and app jobseeker experience to help people find fulfilling work while enabling businesses to discover great talent.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of jobseeker needs, balancing the requirements of employers, recruiters, and business objectives
- Define and deliver a prioritised, data-informed product roadmap that drives measurable impact
- Lead user research, analyse performance data, and run experiments to continuously improve outcomes
- Own and maintain a prioritised product backlog across discovery and delivery, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Set, track, and measure OKRs to drive tangible performance improvements
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, AI, and commercial stakeholders to deliver value
- Communicate priorities, progress, and results effectively, while contributing to a strong One Team culture
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a B2C Product Manager in fast-paced, data-driven environments
- Strong customer empathy, with a track record of simplifying journeys and improving user experience through research and testing
- Data-led mindset, experienced in analytics, A/B testing, and delivering measurable improvements against OKRs
- Commercially aware, able to link product decisions to broader business strategy
- Confident in prioritisation frameworks (e.g. RICE, MoSCoW) and roadmap management
- Collaborative team player, experienced working cross-functionally in agile, technology-led teams
- Clear communicator, skilled in writing user stories, leading demos, and using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and roadmapping platforms
