Working closely with the Head of Employee Relations and the Wider Employee Relations Team. You will support key P&OD processes, including Subject Access Requests, P&OD Data Management, policy support, and Employee Relations procedures. You will also serve as the first point of contact for P&OD‑related queries, helping ensure efficient service and a positive staff experience.
Essential Criteria
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English
- Proven administrative experience in a busy office environment
- Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage competing priorities and handle sensitive information discreetly
- Experience in HR / People & OD
- Experience using HR systems (e.g. ESR)
- CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards one
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including minute‑taking, transcription, correspondence and record keeping
- Maintain and update P&OD trackers, systems and reports (including sickness absence data)
- Support formal processes such as disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings
- Organise meetings and prepare documentation in line with Trust policies and timelines
- Support P&OD projects, audits, training logistics and policy updates
- Handle sensitive information and confidentially, and in line with data protection requirements
