WHAT TO EXPECT

This is a hands-on, on-site role. You’ll ship production features, improve what’s already live, and help set the bar for engineering quality as we grow. If you want high trust, high responsibility, and visible impact, you’ll like it here.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Build and ship end-to-end product features across frontend and backend
• Turn complex enterprise workflows into clean, intuitive user experiences
• Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of a production system
• Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and pragmatic engineering standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong full-stack capability: you can own features from idea → production
• Product-minded engineering: you can make good tradeoffs and ship iteratively
• Excellent TypeScript/JavaScript fundamentals
• You communicate clearly, take ownership, and don’t need hand-holding
• You enjoy working on-site with a small, fast-moving team
