We are seeking an experienced Director to join our Registration and Licensing Systems team in Brisbane.

Accountabilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Provide leadership and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to registration and licensing systems management, aligned with strategic priorities and business objectives.
  • Lead and inspire operational management teams to drive continuous improvement, optimise system maintenance, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that values collaboration, diversity, and innovation.
  • Champion enhancements and improvement projects by clearly communicating objectives, desired outcomes, timeframes, governance, methods, and standards, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Deliver innovative and flexible business and information system solutions by managing resources, platforms, and services, while building high-performing teams focused on achieving meaningful outcomes for Queenslanders.
  • Manage resources and budgets across internal staff, external contractors, vendors, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and the delivery of sustainable, customer-focused solutions.
  • Proactively manage staff performance and development through regular and constructive feedback, recognition of achievements, support for improvement, and clear outcome setting, while upholding professional standards and accountability.
