The Opportunity:


As a Digital Designer at First Page, you’ll create scroll-stopping social ads, compelling Google Display creatives, and other high-impact digital assets that fuel results for some of the most recognised brands across Australia and New Zealand.


You’ll work closely with Account Managers and our media specialists to bring campaign concepts to life, always with an eye on performance, brand alignment, and what converts. Key Responsibilities:


  • Designing high-impact social media ads and Google Display Ads that drive engagement and conversions
  • Collaborating closely with Account Managers to follow design briefs from clients and ensure their vision is accurately represented
  • Working with the performance media team to create visually compelling digital marketing materials
  • Assisting with the design and development of landing pages, websites, and other digital assets to ensure a cohesive brand experience
  • Creating and enhancing PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and other visual content for internal and client-facing use
  • Conducting research and staying up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continually elevate our creative output
  • Ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness


What We’re Looking For:


  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in creating high-converting social media ads
  • Proficiency in animation and video editing using Adobe After Effects
  • Expertise in Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator - Figma is a plus, but not essential
  • Experience in UX/UI design, particularly for websites or landing pages, is a bonus
  • A versatile designer who can understand and interpret various brands and client needs across different industries
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
