A boutique offensive security consultancy is looking for a Senior Penetration Tester to join their growing team.

This group is known for delivering high-quality, technically deep engagements across enterprise and government environments. The work is varied, the clients are serious about security, and the team is made up of experienced operators who take pride in their craft.

You’ll be joining a consultancy where technical excellence matters and where you’ll continue developing your offensive security skillset through constant learning, real-world engagements, and some of the best training available.

The Role

• Conduct web, infrastructure, and application penetration testing engagements

• Deliver clear, high-quality reports and remediation guidance

• Work closely with senior security professionals on complex engagements

• Contribute to internal research, tooling, and methodology development

• Engage with clients during scoping, testing, and debrief sessions

What We’re Looking For

• ~5+ years experience in penetration testing or offensive security

• OSCP or CREST certification is essential

• Strong experience with web and infrastructure penetration testing

• Solid understanding of modern attack techniques and tooling

• Ability to clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
