The ideal candidate will be responsible for recreating, correcting, and adjusting artwork files to ensure they meet all technical printing requirements before final approval and production.
This role is essential in maintaining production accuracy and preventing costly errors. The Remaker acts as a critical link between the design, sales, and production teams, ensuring every file is production-ready, technically compliant, and visually consistent with the client’s brand.

About The Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically skilled Remaker to support our promotional and customizable product operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recreating, correcting, and adjusting artwork files to ensure they meet all technical printing requirements before final approval and production.
This role is essential in maintaining production accuracy and preventing costly errors. The Remaker acts as a critical link between the design, sales, and production teams, ensuring every file is production-ready, technically compliant, and visually consistent with the client’s brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Recreate and modify artwork files according to client requests and internal specifications
- Correct artwork errors related to layout, alignment, scale, color mode, bleed, and resolution
- Ensure all files meet strict printing and production standards before finalization
- Work extensively with product templates across various customizable merchandise
- Maintain brand consistency and visual accuracy in all remade files
- Review and verify technical specifications to prevent production delays or reprints
- Manage multiple remake requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Collaborate closely with proofing, design, sales, and production teams to streamline workflow
- 6 working days per week
- 1 rest day (Saturday or Sunday CDT)
- 24/7 operation
- Fixed 8-hour shifts
- Schedule may vary based on operational needs
- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles and print production workflows
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Proven experience working with product templates and detailed technical specifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet demanding deadlines
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Familiarity with specific printing processes (e.g., screen printing, digital printing, embroidery, heat transfer)
- Experience in promotional products or customizable merchandise industry
