We’re building an AI productivity SaaS startup organized as a cooperative (shared ownership based on contribution).

We’re looking for an additional Founder focused on UI & Product Design.

Important upfront

• There is no fixed cash compensation at the start and cash compensation depends entirely on revenue or external investment
• You do not have to contribute any money, as other founders have already done so and cover all expenses, especially product development
• Once revenue or funding comes in, cash is shared among all founders according to the same cooperative rules
• This is a founder role, not a freelance or advisory position

The Product

We are building a next-generation project & work management system, with a very strong product and usability focus.

What makes us different:

• Extreme simplicity – far easier than traditional project management tools
• Very simple monthly, weekly, and daily planning

• Everything can be done with Benno, your AI focus assistant
• Most things can be done via voice recording from WhatsApp

The product is already developed, fully designed, and close to launch

What you’ll do: UI / Product Design (core focus)

• Review and elevate an already solid UI to the next level
• Improve usability, clarity, micro-interactions, and visual hierarchy
• Help refine the overall design system, patterns, and consistency
• Bring a high-taste, product-first perspective to design decisions
• Think deeply about UX for focus, motivation, and simplicity, not just visuals
• We already work with a freelance UI designer and most screens and flows are already designed
• So this role is not about redesigning everything, it’s about making a good product feel exceptional over time

• You are a top-tier UI / Product Designer with strong product intuition

Cooperative & Founder Setup
