Your responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of developers, ensuring knowledge sharing and high performance
- Designing, developing, testing, and debugging robust web-based applications
- Applying and promoting Agile methodologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of team processes
- Translating functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Leveraging modern web technologies and frameworks to deliver high-quality, maintainable products
- Contributing to architectural discussions and technical decision-making
Our client is seeking a senior professional with a strong background in web development and a natural inclination toward leadership.
You bring:
- At least five years of proven experience in PHP and Python development
- Demonstrated experience building web-based applications in complex environments
- Strong hands-on expertise with frameworks and technologies such as Angular, Django, Laravel, Symfony, and Drupal
- Solid knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, REST APIs, and UML
- Experience working with relational databases
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
- Practical experience working in Agile environments
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher, supplemented by relevant certifications or equivalent professional experience
- Fluency in Dutch (CEFR level C2)
- Professional fluency in English
