Introduction
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Visual Communication Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will help shape and elevate the visual identity of our consultancy, translating marketing strategies into compelling visual assets that resonate across both digital and print channels. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strategic thinking and a strong understanding of visual storytelling to create materials that are not only visually appealing but also purposeful and impactful.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce visually engaging marketing materials, including social media graphics, website layouts, email templates, presentations, brochures, advertisements, merchandise, and other branded collaterals.
- Adapt and repurpose visual content across platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to transform business objectives into effective visual concepts, from campaign ideation to final production.
- Support the promotion and coverage of key company events, webinars, and tradeshows.
- Develop visual assets for internal and external corporate communications, including press releases, employer branding, and HR initiatives.
- Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency and strengthen the brand identity.
- Prepare final files for print and digital distribution, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our visuals fresh and relevant.
Experience & Competences
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in visual communication or graphic design within a creative agency or marketing department.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, including hierarchy, balance, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience designing for both print and digital media; basic understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills to work across teams and functions.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Bonus skills: motion design, video editing, CMS platforms, and HTML/CSS coding.
