Baltic Logistics team
Omniva connects people, businesses, and communities across the Baltics and beyond. We’ve grown from Estonia’s trusted postal service into a modern, technology-driven logistics company supporting the growth of e-commerce and global trade.
Every day, we help our customers send, receive, and grow — with care, precision, and reliability. Our people are at the heart of everything we do: caring, open, and driven to deliver experiences that feel personal and effortless.
At Omniva, every delivery carries possibility — and every team member helps make that happen.
About The Role
Every day, we help more than 3 million customers send and receive over 150,000 shipments. Behind this scale sits a complex ecosystem of logistics systems, smart locker networks, and digital tools powering the experience.
Customers check track & trace around five times before receiving their parcel. Our sorting center can process up to 6,500 parcels per hour. Couriers navigate more than 50,000 delivery points daily.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and evolve critical logistics tools used by couriers and operational teams. Your mission is to build intuitive, scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and directly impact customer experience.
You will lead complex product challenges end-to-end — from discovery to measurable business impact — operating where physical logistics meets digital innovation. From route optimization to automation and emerging technologies, your work will help shape the future of last-mile delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Own the roadmap and backlog for your product area, aligning with company strategy
- Shape product vision and identify opportunities that deliver customer and business value
- Solve high-impact customer problems with measurable outcomes
- Use data, research, and experimentation to drive informed decisions
- Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to optimization
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, and stakeholders
- Foster ownership, accountability, and high performance within your product team
- Proven experience owning complex products end-to-end with measurable impact
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Experience working with operational, logistics, or high-scale systems
- Ability to structure ambiguity into clear priorities and execution plans
- Deep customer empathy combined with data fluency
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Growth mindset and comfort in fast-moving environments
- Curiosity and proactive use of AI tools and automation
