Every day, we help our customers send, receive, and grow — with care, precision, and reliability. Our people are at the heart of everything we do: caring, open, and driven to deliver experiences that feel personal and effortless.
At Omniva, every delivery carries possibility — and every team member helps make that happen.
About The Role
As Head of AI, you will play a central role in shaping and driving AI transformation across the company. As part of the Extended Leadership Team and reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will lead a hands-on transformation mandate with real authority to redesign workflows, deploy AI agents, build our internal AI platform, and embed AI into everyday work across all functions.
This is not a research role — it is execution at scale.
You will define how AI is adopted, governed, and operationalized across operations, finance, customer service, product, and technology — delivering measurable improvements in cost, speed, quality, and automation.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute the company-wide AI adoption roadmap
- Design and launch Omniva’s internal agentic platform (orchestration, permissions, monitoring, connectors)
- Drive workflow reinvention across all major functions
- Establish architectural and governance guardrails, including data governance, auditability, risk management, and fallback mechanisms
- Deploy LLM-based systems, APIs, orchestration frameworks, and production-grade AI solutions
- Deliver measurable business impact across efficiency, automation, and quality
- Proven experience leading AI transformation or building AI-first workflows with measurable business impact
- Strong engineering or automation background, with hands-on experience deploying production-grade AI systems
- Experience building and operating internal AI platforms across multiple business functions
- Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution — from rapid prototypes to structured rollout and adoption
- Confidence leading cross-functional change and challenging existing ways of working
- Pragmatic, outcome-driven mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity
At Omniva, we live our values every day.
We care — about our people, our customers, and the world we connect.
We are open — to new ideas, innovation, and learning from each other.
We are trustworthy — we do what we promise and take pride in getting it right.
And we enjoy our work — celebrating progress, teamwork, and shared achievements.
You’ll also benefit from:
- A meaningful role in a growing, technology-driven logistics company
- Hybrid work model and flexible environment
- Health insurance or sports compensation
- Five additional vacation days after two years
- Opportunities for personal and professional growth
