We are looking for Senior Software Developer to join the ECC team
ECC (Elisa Capabilities for Common Identity and Experience) solves the key issue of unifying and centralizing identities and customer data in real-time, ensuring high quality and privacy compliance. In practical terms, the team develops Elisa-level services focusing on customer data. Our mission is to improve data quality and better customer experiences across services and channels, ultimately driving business growth.
To master the position minimum of eight years development of digital services is required. Golang experience for at least for two years is required. Java, Spring Framework and relational database experience is expected minimum of five years. In event-based integrations knowledge of Kafka is expected. Solid experience of developing consumer services is a must.

Our team is very agile and independent - we own our services. The developer will work in Elisa’s Digital Services unit, as part of the Digital Identity & Interaction -area. We apply a modern software development mindset with AI agents and tooling, version control best practices, and CI/CD pipelines. The team works in close collaboration with various stakeholder teams across Elisa, as well as its sibling team Elisa ID. The selected candidate needs to pass Security Clearance Vetting in Finland, which in turn requires having been a resident of Finland for a good number of years before the security clearance can be done.
