We are looking for an experienced PEGA Lead Business Architect (LBA) to lead the business architecture and design of Pega-based solutions. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, compliant, and high‑quality Pega solutions, acting as a bridge between Business and Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business architecture and solution design for PEGA applications.
- Design HLDs, Layer Cake Architecture, Case Types, Data Models, and Integrations.
- Translate business requirements into end‑to‑end Pega solutions.
- Facilitate requirement workshops and process design sessions.
- Act as liaison between Business, IT, and delivery teams.
- Play the role of Squad Scrum Master and support Agile delivery.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, governance, and standards.
- Support development, testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Mentor business analysts and junior business architects.
- Act as SME for PEGA platform and business architecture.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in PEGA implementations.
- Proven experience as a Lead Business Architect (LBA).
- PCBA certification – Mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Case design & process modeling
- Data modeling & integrations
- Business rules & decisioning
- Deep knowledge of PEGA PRPC, Case Management, and Decisioning.
- Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
