We are looking for an experienced PEGA Lead Business Architect (LBA) to lead the business architecture and design of Pega-based solutions. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, compliant, and high‑quality Pega solutions, acting as a bridge between Business and Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business architecture and solution design for PEGA applications.
• Design HLDs, Layer Cake Architecture, Case Types, Data Models, and Integrations.
• Translate business requirements into end‑to‑end Pega solutions.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and process design sessions.
• Act as liaison between Business, IT, and delivery teams.
• Play the role of Squad Scrum Master and support Agile delivery.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, governance, and standards.
• Support development, testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Mentor business analysts and junior business architects.
• Act as SME for PEGA platform and business architecture.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in PEGA implementations.
• Proven experience as a Lead Business Architect (LBA).
• PCBA certification – Mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Case design & process modeling
• Data modeling & integrations
• Business rules & decisioning
• Deep knowledge of PEGA PRPC, Case Management, and Decisioning.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
