Key responsibilities

• Monitoring and manage OTC Trading Desk (fund inflows and outflows)
• Provide quotes and execute trades on behalf of clients in an OTC setting
• Ensure accurate and timely settlements by initiating crypto and fiat payments
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve settlement-related issues and discrepancies
• Liquidity management by collaborating with other departments to understand the company’s and its stakeholder's liquidity needs
• Act as a product owner, contributing to the creation of new features and automation initiatives.
• Leverage your sales farming skills to identify and nurture upsell opportunities within existing client accounts
• Work closely with operations to ensure regulatory compliance of trading practices (in accordance with KYC and AML procedures)
• Maintain internal databases including report of trading activity, market colour, and product experience from the clients’ perspective
• Assisting management team in other key administrative tasks in relation to the trading desk

Job requirements 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or other related subjects
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the institutional crypto industry; preferably in a trading or middle office related function
• Strong interest and knowledge of the crypto industry and financial markets.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas
• Understanding of trading platforms, order types, and execution strategies is a plus
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and work closely with senior team members in trading activities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick, informed decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm to work in start-up environment
• Fluency in English; Any additional languages are of advantage
