Coral Club Europe is looking for a HR Specialist join our amazing and creative team in Germany. What you will do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Germany and other European countries in close collaboration with Hiring Managers

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)

• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews; provide feedback to managers

• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding for new hires

• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR documentation, and personnel records

• Support day-to-day HR operations, employee inquiries, and HR compliance

• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, performance reviews, and HR projects

What are we looking for?

• 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in Germany market

• Strong recruitment and onboarding experience

• Knowledge of local labour laws (Germany preferred)

• Excellent communication skills in German & English; Russian is a plus

• Organized, proactive, and hands-on approach

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing focus
