Your seat to fill:


  • You will play a crucial role in leading and executing key projects, overseeing the planning, coordination, and successful completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Lead the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in the project
  • Provide timely updates and reports on project status, milestones, and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management
  • Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Identify resource needs and make recommendations for additional support or adjustments as necessary
  • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts
  • Anticipate and respond to changes in project scope, requirements, or external factors that may affect project outcomes

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, Fashion Design, or related field
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the textile and fashion industries
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Willingness and ability to travel (China and other production area)
  • Fluent in English language, German language is a plus
