Systemengineer (m/w/d) – Datacenter | Hamburg, Germany | Hybrid
We're hiring for a global leader in security services, specializing in bespoke, cutting-edge security solutions. Our experts deliver complex projects from planning to operation, especially in highly sensitive environments like data centers.
The Role
• Commission, program, and put into operation security systems (e.g., access control, video surveillance).
• Install, connect, and cable systems, including functional and system tests.
• Monitor and coordinate subcontractors during the installation phase.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on-site and remotely.
• Configure system platforms such as LenelS2, Genetec, AMAG, or C-Cure.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including commissioning protocols and network plans.
What You'll Need
• Completed vocational training in the electrical or IT field (e.g., electrician, mechatronics engineer, IT system electronics technician).
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany for projects.
• Strong technical understanding and excellent service and customer orientation.
• Experience with Windows servers and SQL is a plus.
• Professional experience as a service or installation technician in security technology is desirable.
