Storm Recruitment are partnering with a well established Irish employer to recruit an experienced HR Generalist to join their busy and collaborative HR team.

This is a hands on operational HR role suited to a HR professional who enjoys supporting managers, being visible across the business and working in a fast moving environment.

You will work closely with leadership and line managers across multiple operational departments and play an important role supporting the full employee lifecycle.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will support day to day HR operations and act as a key contact for managers and employees.

Key responsibilities include

• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and inductions
• Assisting managers with employee relations queries
• Maintaining contracts, records and HR documentation
• Supporting payroll and time and attendance administration
• Managing employment permit administration where required
• Assisting with training and performance processes
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies

About You

• Previous experience in a HR Generalist or HR Officer role
• Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation
• Confident supporting managers with day to day HR queries
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Professional and confidential in approach
• Proactive and team focused
