Posizione:
Come Store Manager del nuovo PdV LIU∙JO donna c/o CC "Centro Sicilia" di Misterbianco (CT) c/o CC "Centro Sicilia", avrai le seguenti responsabilità:
- sarai ambasciatore/ice del marchio;
- ti occuperai della selezione e della gestione del tuo team;
- animerai e svilupperai le competenze del tuo team di vendita;
- implementerai e fidelizzerai la clientela;
- assicurerai sempre che le linee guida del visual merchandising siano rispettate secondo le indicazioni dell'HQ;
- sarai il garante dell'ottimizzazione dei KPI per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e di fatturato.
I requisiti richiesti per questa posizione sono i seguenti:
- solida sperienza maturata per brand di abbigliamento premium, riconosciuti per la qualità del prodotto e per la vendita assistita;
- capacità di gestione del team e forte spirito di squadra;
- dinamismo, intraprendenza e capacità di problem solving;
- buona conoscenza dell'inglese.
