We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer who has built platform products in Node.js and React that other engineers depend on day to day. You bring a TypeScript-first mindset, you’re comfortable with Kubernetes-native microservices, and you’ve worked in environments where the platform you build directly enables other teams to move faster. You’ll be working on the infrastructure that powers AI and machine learning workflows at enterprise scale — a role where your full-stack depth and cross-team technical influence will matter from day one.

What You’ll Do:

- Design and build full-stack platform features using Node.js and React in a Kubernetes-native microservices environment.

- Drive architecture decisions across the platform, ensuring scalability and long-term maintainability.

- Establish and promote TypeScript best practices across frontend and backend codebases.

- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deliver platform capabilities that support enterprise-scale workflows.

- Lead technical initiatives across teams, influencing how platform products are designed and evolved.

- Mentor engineers and support a culture of engineering quality and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

- 7+ years of experience in IT roles.

- 5+ years of experience with Node.js and React as a primary full-stack.

- Strong TypeScript depth, including experience with tooling such as webpack, Babel, or NestJS.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes-native platform development.

- Exposure to AI/ML product context at any level.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence technical direction across multiple teams.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
