🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and implement solutions already validated with real clients

• Develop scalable product features across full-stack or back-end layers

• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and research teams

• Use AI tools to build faster and smarter

• Maintain clean, readable, and efficient code

• Improve architecture based on real user data

• Work deeply focused “in the zone” and deliver meaningful outcomes

• Lead technical initiatives and guide the team (~20% leadership)

🧩 What We’re Looking For

• Mindset > stack - AI can help with syntax, but curiosity and logic can’t be automated

• Strong programming fundamentals and ability to learn new technologies quickly

• Experience with PHP, JavaScript, Laravel or similar stacks is a plus (not mandatory)

• Strong ownership mentality - you build what actually moves the business forward

• Disciplined, self-driven builder who enjoys deep work

• Collaborative teammate who communicates respectfully

• Comfortable working alongside sales and non-technical teams

• Passion for AI-assisted development and automation

💰 Compensation:
