Relationship Management
What you will do
- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle - from initial outreach to contract signing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives to understand their strategic goals and build trust.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to enhance brand visibility and attract new businesses.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Use deep industry insights to identify trends, customer needs and remain competitive.
- Define and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve goals.
- Contribute to case studies, success stories and marketing materials that showcase the company’s capabilities and client outcomes.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in IT services, software development and digital transformation to consult clients effectively.
- Translate business needs into actionable roadmaps.
- Design and implement fact-based strategies and operating models to penetrate target markets.
- Track, analyse and report on key sales metrics (e.g., pipeline velocity, win/loss ratio, average deal size, and sales cycle duration).
- Use CRM to manage contacts, opportunities, and sales activities with accuracy and consistency.
- Forecast revenue contributions from ongoing deals and provide regular updates.
- Collaborate closely with delivery and technical teams to shape tailored IT service proposals that meet client expectations and capabilities.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, delivery and leadership teams to align business development efforts with service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Provide market feedback to delivery and leadership teams to help shape future offerings or enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with legal and delivery teams during the contract negotiation and client onboarding phases.
- Proven leadership experience, potentially at the Director, Senior Managing Director, or C-Suite level.
- A proven track record in consulting, technology or B2B sales with experience in selling and delivering engagements.
- Extensive knowledge and experience within a specific industry, such as Banking, Insurance, Logistics or Telco.
- Understanding of IT services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to influence and lead change at senior levels.
- Proficiency in English language (at least B2 level).
