Your Job
- Take full responsibility for assigned tasks, from initial development and configuration through to quality assurance, deployment, and continuous improvement
- Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet complex business requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure all releases comply with established governance for staging and promotion across environments (Dev/Test/Prod)
- Handle daily administration tasks and troubleshoot bugs and platform issues
- Explore and implement modern platform capabilities, showing an affinity for AI-driven features to enhance automation and user experience
- Work within an agile framework while ensuring all activities align with ITIL best practices
- Proven experience in at least one high-level programming language (e.g., Java or C#); a programmer’s mindset is essential for our architectural logic
- Solid understanding of web programming (JavaScript is vital) and experience with relational databases (SQL logic and schema management)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to identifying root causes in integrated environments
- Strong familiarity with ITIL frameworks and an understanding of how technical configurations impact service delivery
- Fluency in English is mandatory
