Luxembourg Recruitment Partnership are pleased to be assisting this established independent wealth manager in their search for a Senior Relationship Manager for their Luxembourg office.
The firm prides itself on having both long term employees and clients; individuals, families and investment managers. Being independent they are able to access tailored solutions to their clients’ needs so that you can offer the best possible solutions.
The culture is pan-European, flat and informal and with far more freedom to operate in than traditional banks and asset managers. The role would suit someone who is looking to balance a career and personal lifestyle in a supportive organisation that has a family feel about it and where everything and everyone is geared to client service and the long term.
Duties:
- Business development and client acquisition through proactive business development.
- Act as main contact point for clients, building trust and continuity.
- Understand clients and ensure that all advice and action complies with MiFID II, CSSF regulations, AML/KYC and internal policies.
- Keep a strong knowledge of markets, investment solutions, funds, ETFs, structured products, and insurance-linked investments.
- Ensure product recommendations meet company and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the other stakeholders to ensure portfolios are aligned with clients’ objectives and mandate constraints.
You should have:
- A track record of successfully finding, working with, and maintaining relationships with HNWI, family offices and asset managers.
- The ability to convert prospects to clients within an open-architecture environment.
- The desire to work in a more flexible and open environment than your current one.
- A natural ability to build long term client relationships and a strong belief in client service.
- The gravitas to be yourself and know what you are worth to others.
- Listening skills beyond the normal.
- The ability to work closely with support functions and other stakeholders in delivering solutions to your clients.
This is an excellent role for someone who has had a successful career working with private clients, managing their wealth, and who is now looking to work in an open architecture environment with great freedom in how they manage their time, lifestyle and of course, client relationships.
