We are supporting an international organisation in the search for a Fit Out Manager to contribute to workplace and office environment projects within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

This is a full-time assignment running until the end of 2028.

Your role

You will contribute to the coordination and follow-up of projects related to office environments and workplace infrastructure, supporting planning, stakeholder alignment, project monitoring and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience managing projects in office or workplace environments, including coordination of complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple domains (such as IT, Facility Management, logistics or similar)
• Strong organisational and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to monitor project progress, identify risks and support decision-making
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, PM2 or similar)
• Fluent English is required
