Facilities Project Manager
We are supporting an international organisation in the search for a Fit Out Manager to contribute to workplace and office environment projects within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
This is a full-time assignment running until the end of 2028.
This opportunity could be for you if you:
- Have experience managing office or workplace-related projects
- Have worked in environments involving multiple stakeholders and operational teams
- Enjoy coordinating projects and ensuring collaboration between different teams
- Are comfortable structuring projects, defining milestones and monitoring delivery
- Appreciate working in international and collaborative environments
Your role
You will contribute to the coordination and follow-up of projects related to office environments and workplace infrastructure, supporting planning, stakeholder alignment, project monitoring and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience managing projects in office or workplace environments, including coordination of complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple domains (such as IT, Facility Management, logistics or similar)
- Strong organisational and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to monitor project progress, identify risks and support decision-making
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, PM2 or similar)
- Fluent English is required
