What You’ll Be Doing:

- Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between teams

- Making sure project tasks are delivered within set deadlines

- Set-up projects and tasks related to new brand development & launch

- Ensure smooth communication across teams (yes, you’ll be the bridge between creative minds and the execution experts!)

- Provide feedback, manage timelines, and make sure every task is completed on time

- Dive into localization projects – ensuring translations are spot-on and our global message is heard loud and clear

- Collaborate with just about everyone – from UGC creators, customer support, and supply chain to the copywriters and media buyers

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: At least 1 year in marketing project management. Previous experience within e-commerce companies is a must. Please do not apply if you have no experience in ecommerce.

- Skills: Excellent communication, top-notch multi-tasking, and attention to the little details that make a big difference

- Attitude: Someone who’s ready to jump between teams, coordinate like a pro, and keep things running smoothly

What We Offer to You:

- Salary: 2000-3500 EUR gross depending on experience

- Location: Office in Vilnius city center (Hybrid between remote and office)
