Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Manager to join one of our biggest clients, a leading multinational group in the retail and consumer goods industry, known for its large-scale operational footprint and continuous investment in digital transformation.

Location: Porto (hybrid)


What you will do:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for productivity and internal operational tools

• Work closely with engineering teams, especially in scenarios involving technological modernization or re-architecture

• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to ensure product alignment and maximize impact

• Ensure a strong focus on the end‑user experience across all solutions


What you are like:

• Solid background as a Product Manager, with 5 years of experience

• Proven experience working on productivity products, internal platforms, or operational tools

• Strong autonomy, structured thinking, and decision-making skills in complex environments

• Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering teams on modernization or re‑architecture initiatives

• Fluency in cloud-native concepts, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures (not technical, but conceptually strong)

• Ability to navigate between business, operations, and technology while keeping user needs at the center
