CTS Nordics Engineering LDA, part of CTS Nordics - a major player in the data industry is seeking a skilled HR Specialist. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process end-to-end (including onboarding)
- Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Act as a point of contact for employees and support management on HR-related matters
- Support the performance appraisal process and related administrative tasks
- Ensure accurate payroll processing, including data collection and validation
- Support compensation and benefits administration
- Assess training needs, support the implementation and follow-up of training programs
- Prepare HR reports and KPIs to support management decision-making
- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal procedures
Qualifications
- Proven relevant working experience as HR Specialist in growth businesses
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
