We are looking for a Jira Administrator / Scrum Master to join our team in Porto. This hybrid role combines strong Jira platform expertise with Agile facilitation skills. The ideal candidate will ensure the optimal configuration and governance of Jira while supporting Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Jira Administration

• Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, screens, fields, and permissions
• Manage user access, roles, and security schemes
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and automation rules
• Implement and support Jira integrations and plugins
• Ensure governance, best practices, and continuous improvement of the Jira ecosystem
• Provide user support and training when needed

🔹 Scrum Master Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices
• Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog quality and prioritization
• Track KPIs and promote continuous improvement
• Foster collaboration and transparency within the team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Jira Administrator
• Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
• Experience with Jira Cloud and/or Jira Data Center
• Familiarity with Confluence is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM, CSM)
• Experience in IT, software development, or digital transformation projects
• Experience working in international environments
