🚀 We’re looking for a IT PROJECT MANAGER - junior position
Who We're Looking For:
This professional will act as a central liaison between technical teams (Infrastructure, Networks, Telecommunications, Security), business areas, and the Head of IT, contributing to the formalization of processes, governance practices, and the evolution of the IT architecture.
âś… Professional Experience & Main Tasks
- Identify and document existing systems, flows, dependencies, and responsibilities
- Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements across different business units
- Conduct structured interviews with Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Network, and Security teams
- Translate business and technical needs into clear, structured, and actionable documentation
- Create, maintain, and evolve IT requirements documentation, processes, procedures, and architecture materials
- Support the implementation of IT governance practices in a collaborative and flexible environment
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders, business teams, technical areas, and the IT & Security leadership
- Facilitate communication between teams with different levels of technical maturity
- Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of IT projects and initiatives

- Academic or professional experience as a Functional Analyst and/or IT Project Manager
- Strong analytical, organizational, and synthesis skills
- Experience interacting with multiple areas and diverse stakeholders
- Structured, autonomous, pragmatic, and results-oriented mindset
- Genuine interest in IT architecture, processes, and organizational structuring
