Data Analyst (Maternity Leave Replacement)

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Build and maintain strategic datasets, core reports, KPIs, and data visualizations to support senior leadership in decision-making.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment where multiple categories are undergoing transformation processes and continuous benchmarking.
• Engage with multiple countries and cross-functional teams to collect, consolidate, and deliver data insights within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with data champions and process improvement teams to enrich and optimize existing datasets.
• Perform complex and exploratory data analysis, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Organize, summarize, and present information in a clear and structured manner to facilitate strategic decisions.
• Create data search algorithms aligned with strategic priorities
• Automate processes where relevant to improve efficiency.
• Ensure consistency, reliability, and proper functioning of existing databases.
• Extract and consolidate data from multiple sources and formats, while driving adoption of corporate tools
• Train and empower Teams to independently use analytical tools and dashboards.
• Contribute to the long-term transformation of the function towards a fully data-driven culture.

👤 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data manipulation within procurement environment.
• SQL knowledge.
• Experience working with agile methodologies (SCRUM).
• Experience in development, support, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards (or equivalent technologies).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience in a multi-country environment, with the ability to align and engage stakeholders around common goals.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented, and value-driven mindset.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
