- Build and maintain strategic datasets, core reports, KPIs, and data visualizations to support senior leadership in decision-making.
- Operate in a fast-paced environment where multiple categories are undergoing transformation processes and continuous benchmarking.
- Engage with multiple countries and cross-functional teams to collect, consolidate, and deliver data insights within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with data champions and process improvement teams to enrich and optimize existing datasets.
- Perform complex and exploratory data analysis, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Organize, summarize, and present information in a clear and structured manner to facilitate strategic decisions.
- Create data search algorithms aligned with strategic priorities
- Automate processes where relevant to improve efficiency.
- Ensure consistency, reliability, and proper functioning of existing databases.
- Extract and consolidate data from multiple sources and formats, while driving adoption of corporate tools
- Train and empower Teams to independently use analytical tools and dashboards.
- Contribute to the long-term transformation of the function towards a fully data-driven culture.

- Minimum of 3 yearsโ experience in data manipulation within procurement environment.
- SQL knowledge.
- Experience working with agile methodologies (SCRUM).
- Experience in development, support, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards (or equivalent technologies).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience in a multi-country environment, with the ability to align and engage stakeholders around common goals.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and value-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
