About a job:
To strengthen our R&D laboratory, we are looking for a Lab Technologist who is passionate about chemistry, experimental work, and generating high quality data that supports product development and innovation. In this role, you will actively support R&D projects through structured laboratory testing, analytical work, and close collaboration with researchers and product developers working on chemistry solutions.
Your role in R&D:
- Perform laboratory experiments, analytical tests, and product performance evaluations
- Collect, analyse, and document experimental data with accuracy and scientific approach
- Support development and optimization of formulations
- Operate and maintain laboratory and analytical equipment with respect to the safety
- Ensure proper documentation, data traceability, and safe laboratory practices
- Collaborate with R&D colleagues across projects and disciplines
Your profile:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or a related field
- Experience in an R&D or industrial laboratory is a strong plus
- Strong interest in analytical testing and data driven decision making
- Accurate, structured, and safety oriented working style
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is a must for data handling and reporting
- Experience with analytical software, laboratory systems, or data analysis tools is a plus
- Curious, motivated, and eager to contribute to applied R&D
