About the role

As a Senior Project Lead within Sygnum’s Tokenization team, you will drive complex, client-facing initiatives that enable the design, implementation, and adoption of tokenized financial solutions and on-chain infrastructure.

You will orchestrate interdisciplinary experts and external partners to deliver end-to-end tokenization projects, and manage infrastructure build outs where necessary. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into structured programs and tangible outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver tokenization-related projects in collaboration with internal teams across finance, technology, legal, compliance, and operations
• Act as a client-facing project and engagement lead, managing senior stakeholders across clients, partners, and industry participants
• Coordinate and steer initiatives focusing on the comprehensive integration of tokenized traditional securities, on-chain infrastructure and blockchain-based financial solutions, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical implementation
• Structure complex problem statements and translate strategic ideas into executable project plans
• Connect the big picture across markets, regulation, technology, and financial products
• Ensure high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Contribute to the evolution of Sygnum’s tokenization capabilities, services, and operating models
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve ways of working and embrace new approaches and innovative solutions

Our ideal candidate

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally across: Management consulting, banking or financial services, blockchain, crypto, or digital assets
• Strong conceptual understanding of tokenization, blockchain, and on-chain infrastructure
• Strong understanding of traditional financial market structures and respective value chains
• Solid baseline understanding of financial products
• Proven track record in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinker, able to synthesize complex topics quickly
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Open-minded and motivated to challenge conventions and explore new ways of building financial markets
• Experience working in interdisciplinary teams spanning finance, technology, and legal domains
