We are looking for an experienced SQL Developer with deep, practical expertise in MS SQL Server, with a focus on query optimization, performance tuning, and the design of efficient database schemas. A key part of this role is reviewing, analyzing, and improving existing SQL and schema structures on the OLTP systems.

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with MS SQL Server as a SQL Developer
- Demonstrated practical experience in SQL query optimization
- Strong skills in analyzing execution plans, designing indexing strategies, and tuning performance
- Strong ability to write clean code in accordance with the project's technical requirements
- Solid knowledge of OLTP database design principles and best practices
- Ability to present real examples of performance improvements or schema redesigns you have implemented
- Create database objects/writing stored procedure
- Analyze and optimize slow SQL queries in MS SQL Server (joins, subqueries etc.)
- Work with execution plans, indexes, statistics, and partitioning to enhance performance
- Demonstrates the ability to clearly understand and effectively analyze business requirements
- Collaborate with developers to ensure efficient SQL and schema use across the platform
