The role


We are looking for a visually-driven Graphic UI/UX Designer who believes that "form" is just as important as "function."


While you understand user flows and usability, your real superpower is your ability to create breathtaking visuals, sophisticated typography, and cohesive brand systems that translate seamlessly into digital interfaces.


You aren’t just a "box-pusher"—you are a digital artist who ensures every pixel, icon, and layout tells a compelling brand story.


We're open to candidates anywhere in Romania.

  • In Bucharest: work from home and visit the office when you’d like.
  • In other cities: work remote — we’ve built strong online onboarding and collaboration practices; please bear in mind that a few visits/year to the office are possible


What you’ll get your hands into


Campaign & Demand Generation Design

  • Create high-impact visual assets to support marketing campaigns, including digital ads, landing page visuals, email graphics, social media templates, and promotional materials.
  • Design creative for events such as banners, roll-ups, flyers, branded merchandise, and other campaign-specific assets.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop cohesive visual concepts for product launches and ongoing campaigns.


Sales & Enablement Materials

  • Design and maintain high-quality sales and customer-facing assets including solution briefs, case studies, one-pagers, infographics, and pitch decks.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, visually compelling diagrams and simplified graphics.
  • Ensure consistency and clarity across all customer-facing documentation and presentations.


Webinar & Event Support

  • Develop branded presentation templates and visual systems for webinars and virtual events.
  • Support the visual execution of online sessions and live events, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
  • Create reusable assets that elevate the overall production quality of webinars and digital engagement initiatives.


Product & Interface Collaboration

  • Partner with product teams to support UI enhancements and ensure visual consistency across the platform.
  • Contribute to refining interface elements, icons, and layouts while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Create polished product visuals for use in web pages, newsletters, and marketing materials.


Presentation & Asset Development

  • Create and continuously improve internal and external presentations.
  • Develop both printable and digital materials aligned with the company’s visual identity.
  • Maintain and evolve brand templates to ensure scalability and efficiency.


Cross-Functional Design Support

  • Act as a trusted visual partner across teams, able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Respond effectively to high-priority requests while maintaining design quality and brand consistency.
  • Take ownership of projects from concept through final delivery with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality digital and print assets to support marketing campaigns, events, and sales initiatives (banners, presentations, case studies, social visuals, landing assets).
  • Create and maintain polished customer-facing materials including solution briefs, pitch decks, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with product teams to support UI improvements and ensure visual consistency across digital interfaces.
  • Develop branded templates and visual systems for webinars, online events, and digital engagement initiatives.
  • Own projects end-to-end, from concept through delivery, managing stakeholders across marketing and product teams.


Required Experience & Skills (Mandatory)

  • 3–6 years of experience in graphic design with UI/UX exposure.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both brand-driven visuals and digital interface work.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear, visually compelling designs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for B2B or technology companies.
  • Exposure to SaaS product interfaces or dashboard-based platforms.
  • Basic understanding of UX principles and interaction design.
