Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an Agile Specialist for international, multi-functional teams and strategic projects;
- Develop and deliver training programs (e-learning, virtual classrooms, workshops) on agile practices, methodologies, and mindset;
- Design and implement initiatives and campaigns to foster an agile mindset across the UNIQA Group;
- Develop and manage train-the-trainer programs to share knowledge and methodologies throughout our international communities;
- Ideate, manage, and facilitate workshops and events focused on strategic project development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Agile Specialist;
- Hands-on experience in agile transformation at scale within an international, complex environment;
- Solid experience in Agile training, workshop management, and facilitation;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Fluent in English; other UNIQA Group languages are an advantage;
- Strong ability to navigate complex organizations and engage with senior stakeholders;
- Creative, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and execution skills;
- Experience in developing learning paths in collaboration with international counterparts.
