We are seeking a senior IAM Architect / Product Manager with deep technical expertise and strong strategic vision to own the roadmap, lead global initiatives, and influence executive decisions. This role blends architecture leadership with product ownership, making you the driving force behind our identity and access management strategy. 

As a key leader in our security organization, you will: 

• Shape the IAM vision and roadmap, aligning technology and processes with business objectives and frameworks such as Zero Trust. 

• Own the product lifecycle for IAM capabilities, from concept to delivery, ensuring scalability, resilience, and innovation. 

• Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership, presenting solutions and securing alignment for strategic initiatives. 

• Architect and evolve IAM solutions: Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), secrets management, and directory services. 

• Lead integration and modernization projects with technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, SailPoint, and others. 

• Define governance policies and standards aligned with NIST, ISO, and industry best practices. 

• Collaborate with architecture, operations, and compliance teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence. 

• Perform risk assessments and maturity evaluations, delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders. 

• Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader in digital identity and security transformation. 

• Strategic influence: Full ownership of IAM roadmap and product vision. 

• Executive visibility: Present solutions and recommendations to senior leadership.
