In this role, you will shape impactful digital experiences that support global teams and customers across complex, high-growth environments. You will lead design initiatives end to end, from discovery and research through to high-fidelity execution and delivery, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers. Working in a fully remote, asynchronous setup, you will influence strategy, drive innovation, and elevate design quality at scale. You will play a central role in defining product direction, enhancing usability, and solving meaningful user problems. Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end product design within a cross-functional team, from research and ideation through to execution and delivery
- Influence product strategy by identifying opportunities, shaping design direction, and contributing to long-term vision
- Apply appropriate research methods to deeply understand user needs, validate assumptions, and inform design decisions
- Craft high-quality, high-fidelity interfaces and interaction patterns that balance usability, accessibility, and scalability
- Leverage AI-powered prototyping and modern design tools to rapidly explore concepts and iterate collaboratively
- Champion systems thinking by ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with design principles and architecture
- Communicate design rationale clearly, using storytelling to align stakeholders and drive informed decision-making
- Collaborate transparently across teams, sharing work early and often to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement
- Advocate for and contribute to the design system, maintaining quality and consistency across experiences
- Extensive experience as a product designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of the full design lifecycle
- Proven ability to autonomously lead complex design initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills, with an eye for detail and a high standard for craft and quality
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Systems-thinking mindset, capable of designing scalable solutions across complex platforms and domains
- Experience designing B2B SaaS products, especially in domains such as HRTech, FinTech, or enterprise platforms, is a strong plus
- Comfort working remotely and asynchronously, with strong ownership and self-direction
