Client Location: Solna, Stockholm, Sweden (Client open to Gothenburg, Sundsvall, and Umeå)
Client: Multinational Power Company
Assignment Start: 16th March 2026
Assignment End: 31st December 2026 (Possible Extension)
Work Schedule: 8 hours per day / 5 days a week
Job Description
- Join the Contract & Billing team in Customer IT to manage strategically important IT transformation projects
- One consultant will manage two different projects; the other will focus more on SAP-related topics
- Contract & Billing team focuses on technical solutions and capability development (people, processes, technology & data) to support Customer & Solutions Region Nordic, Heat, and Distribution Sweden
- Work closely with the meter-to-cash process and channel teams to enhance customer experience in the fossil-free journey
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects of various sizes and complexity within Customer IT Nordics and Contract & Billing team
- Plan project time, budget, and resources
- Translate project targets into actionable activities
- Lead the project team and facilitate decision-making
- Execute projects and steer delivery to ensure value
- Manage risks and dependencies professionally
- Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships
- Provide regular, target-group-oriented reporting
- Maintain complete and up-to-date project documentation
- Use professional project management tools effectively
- Capture lessons learned and implement quality improvements
- Build strong relations with IT and business stakeholders, understand project objectives, and facilitate necessary decisions
- Decide on the most suitable project approach and ensure high-quality project management
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years proven experience managing projects and programs
- Experience or strong understanding of SAP is highly beneficial
- Experienced in running technical projects, ideally in the energy sector
- Experience with product development and/or design development
- Highly customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset
- Self-managing with strong personality and proactive attitude
- Demonstrates tact, diplomacy, empathy, assertiveness, rapport, and politeness
- Strong stakeholder management at senior management level
- Structured, professional communicator
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
