For our client, we are seeking two senior IT Project Managers to lead strategically important IT transformation initiatives within the Contract & Billing team in Customer IT.
One Project Manager will manage two parallel transformation projects. The second role will focus primarily on SAP-related initiatives.

The IT Project Manager will:
- Lead IT projects of varying size and complexity within Customer IT Nordics
- Plan and manage scope, timeline, budget, and resources
- Translate strategic objectives into structured project activities
- Lead cross-functional project teams and facilitate decision-making
- Drive execution and ensure value delivery
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Provide structured and audience-adapted reporting
- Maintain complete and up-to-date project documentation
- Apply professional project management tools and methodologies
- Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery
- Secure high-quality project management standards
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience managing complex IT projects and programs
- Experience with transformation and technical IT initiatives
- SAP experience or strong understanding (particularly important for one role)
- Experience from the energy sector or large enterprise environments is beneficial
- Experience in product or service development is advantageous
- Strong senior-level stakeholder management skills
- Structured, professional communicator
- Highly customer-focused and solution-oriented
- Self-driven with strong personal accountability
- Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
