We are looking for a Senior Mobile Designer. It's a hands-on product design role focused on improving and evolving an existing mobile product rather than building from scratch. The designer will work closely with engineers, product managers, and QA to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-quality native experiences and will play a leading role in shaping the future experience of company's native mobile applications.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of iOS and Android mobile experiences as part of a modernization initiative
- Improve and evolve existing user flows while defining new flows for upcoming functionality
- Create user-centered designs including wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes
- Translate updated brand guidelines into a cohesive mobile visual language
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Contribute to establishing and evolving a lean mobile design system
- Clearly document design decisions and rationale
- Participate in usability research and validation activities
- Share work proactively and incorporate stakeholder feedback
- The focus is on improving an existing production app
- Changes will be significant from both UX and functionality perspectives
- The app is currently considered dated and requires a structured refresh
- Existing designs and user flows are based on the current app, so the designer will not start from zero
- However, new flows will need to be defined as additional functionality is introduced
- Amplitude analytics is integrated
- Analytics maturity is moderate: tracking exists but is not yet fully optimized or deeply embedded into decision-making
- Timezone: UK working hours required
- English: Excellent
